DTC (DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER) BRANDS
Their has been an explosion of DTC brands as the barrier to entry has been reduced to a bare minimum. Vertical B2C e-commerce alone is not a sustainable strategy to long term profitability. I can expedite your success by driving best-in-class strategy for your DTC business to accelerate revenue and profitability through B2B multichannel retail. Private equity firms (BUY-SIDE), due diligence
Private Equity investors have limited bandwidth with the large amount of deals they review. Providing value creation leadership in the consumer sector to review and report on investment due diligence, I critically challenge assumptions for an independent review of the company asset to ensure there is a strategic alignment with the investment thesis.
PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMS - PORTFOLIO COMPANIES
Private equity has a different terminology for fractional executives, rather they use the title “Operating Partner.” It’s essentially the same role as a Chief Growth Officer and I can help drive the operational revenue growth for PE portfolio companies providing either fractional operating partner services or C-Suite roles.
