Once complete I will deliver a report of recommendations and it is the responsibility of the company (client) to execute and place into practice.

Description: Leveraging my 22+ years of experience driving sales and strategy in the consumer space, I will provide subject matter expertise to private equity firms, investment bankers and other investors to evaluate a potential acquisition. Goal is to critically challenge assumptions for an independent review of the company asset to ensure there is a strategic alignment with the investment thesis.
Primary focus will be on sales infrastructure (team + processes), pricing, brand positioning, competitive analysis and growth strategy levers post-acquisition.
Estimated timeline to complete: 2+ weeks, this will vary widely based on the deliverables outlined by the buy-side investor.
