1. Overview

DealReveal™ is an M&A readiness scorecard tool provided by Growth Mindset Advisors LLC (“GMA,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using DealReveal™ at growthmindsetadvisors.com/deal-reveal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this tool.

2. Services & Pricing

DealReveal™ offers the following tiers:

Free Scorecard — Submit your business information and receive a summary M&A readiness score. No credit card required.
Full Report ($199) — Detailed value driver analysis, EV/EBITDA benchmarks, and consumer-sector comparables.
Strategy Call Bundle ($499) — Includes the Full Report plus a 30-minute advisory session with a GMA operating partner.

Pricing is subject to change. Any changes will be reflected on the pricing page prior to taking effect.

3. Not Investment or Legal Advice

DealReveal™ provides informational and educational content only. Nothing in this tool, any report, or any communication from GMA constitutes investment advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or business interest.

All valuations, benchmarks, and EV/EBITDA estimates are based on publicly available market data and GMA’s advisory experience. They are approximations only and are not guarantees of any transaction value, outcome, or business performance. You should consult qualified legal, financial, and accounting professionals before making any business decisions.

4. Data & Privacy

Information you submit through DealReveal™ — including financial data, company information, and contact details — is used solely to generate your scorecard and report and to provide related advisory services. GMA does not sell your data to third parties. By submitting your information, you consent to GMA contacting you regarding your results and relevant M&A advisory services.

5. Payment & Refunds

Paid reports and bundles are non-refundable once the deliverable has been transmitted. If a technical error prevents delivery, please contact us at info@growthmindsetadvisors.com within 5 business days for resolution. Payments are processed securely. GMA does not store credit card information.

6. Intellectual Property

DealReveal™, all related content, reports, scoring methodologies, and branding are the exclusive property of Growth Mindset Advisors LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any output from DealReveal™ without prior written consent from GMA.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMA’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of DealReveal™ is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. GMA is not liable for any business decisions, transactions, or outcomes based on DealReveal™ scorecard results or reports.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.

9. Changes to These Terms

GMA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of DealReveal™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
