By accessing or using DealReveal™ (the "Service"), a product of Growth Mindset Advisors LLC ("GMA", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DealReveal™ is an acquisition readiness assessment tool that generates a scored report based on data inputs you provide. The Service includes a free scorecard, a full paid report, and an optional strategy call with a GMA advisor.
The DealReveal™ score, report, valuation range estimate, and any related content are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a professional business valuation. GMA is not a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, or appraiser. Results should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or M&A advisory services.
Actual business valuations and transaction outcomes depend on many factors beyond those captured in this scorecard and may differ materially from any estimates provided.
The quality of your DealReveal™ report depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you input. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. GMA makes no representation as to the accuracy of results based on inaccurate or incomplete inputs.
The free scorecard is available at no charge. Full reports ($199) and Strategy Call Bundles ($499) are paid products. All sales are final. Because reports are delivered digitally upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated or a strategy call has been scheduled. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at info@growthmindsetadvisors.com within 48 hours.
All content, methodology, scoring frameworks, design, and software underlying DealReveal™ are the intellectual property of Growth Mindset Advisors LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service or its outputs without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DealReveal™, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reliance on scorecard results. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GMA does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
