Description: Conduct an independent examination on a company’s sales processes and sales team to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. Once complete I will deliver a report of recommendations and it is the responsibility of the company (client) to execute and place into practice.

Primary focus will be on sales infrastructure (team + processes), pricing, brand positioning, competitive analysis and growth strategy levers post-acquisition.

Estimated timeline to complete: 2+ weeks, this will vary widely based on the deliverables outlined by the buy-side investor.
